Terms & Conditions pgtoto – Complete Guidelines for Malaysia Members

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and pgtoto ("Platform", "We", "pgtoto"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by pgtoto to its members in Malaysia.

By clicking "Register", "Agree", or by using any part of the pgtoto platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which are considered part of this Agreement.

Pgtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or add to the terms in this document at any time. Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification no less than 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the pgtoto platform after the notification period ends constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and use the pgtoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. pgtoto maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme or gaming restriction list.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting in the capacity of an agent for any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one pgtoto account only. This includes not using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method to open additional accounts. Violating this policy is a serious offence that will result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Freezing and forfeiture of all balances, including deposited funds and winnings
• Permanent ban from the pgtoto platform
• Legal action where financial fraud is involved

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. pgtoto is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect or misleading registration information provided by the member.

Pgtoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only through licensed and approved payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted payment channels.

Pgtoto does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, payment providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms of their respective payment providers.

Withdrawals from your pgtoto account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Should the original deposit method be unavailable, pgtoto reserves the right to determine a suitable alternative method.
• Your first withdrawal may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which includes submitting a copy of your MyKad.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Pgtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity.

All bonuses and promotions offered by pgtoto — including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and other special promotions — are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• The pgtoto Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount within 30 days from the date of credit.
• Only one member per household, device, or IP address is eligible to claim new bonuses.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly cashed out.
• Pgtoto reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or bonus arbitrage.
• Games excluded from wagering requirement contributions will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Pgtoto's Sports Betting service covers Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, IPL and international cricket, BWF badminton, e-sports, tennis, and a wide range of other sports. The following terms apply to all sports bets placed on pgtoto:

• All odds are subject to change without notice. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings.
• Pgtoto reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, odds feed disruption, or other exceptional circumstances.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to confirmation and may be rejected if the match has ended or is experiencing disruptions.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded in accordance with the relevant sports rules set by pgtoto.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win — a single losing selection will void the entire bet slip.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, match, and market. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Casino games and slots at pgtoto — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other table games — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified and independently audited by a third party.

• The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete, unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, pgtoto reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wager to the member's account.
• Progressive jackpots are pooled from bets placed by members across the network. The jackpot amount displayed is a real-time estimate and may differ from the actual amount paid out.
• Pgtoto prohibits the use of automated software, bots, or any other unfair methods to play casino games.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pgtoto account login credentials. pgtoto recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Do not log in from public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgtoto platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering under another person's name
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Use of automated software, bots, or unfair methods
• Bonus or promotion system abuse (bonus arbitrage)
• Using another person's information for registration or verification
• Threatening or harassing pgtoto staff or other members
• Attempting to hack or compromise the security of the pgtoto platform

Pgtoto reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document
• Flagged through investigation of suspicious activity or fraud
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements
• Requests from lawful legal authorities
• Members inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting pgtoto customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the WR requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.

Pgtoto shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by members under the following circumstances:

• Technical disruptions or platform downtime beyond pgtoto's reasonable control
• Betting or game outcomes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the member
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by authorities on members in relation to their winnings

Pgtoto's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the preceding 12 months.

Pgtoto is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Self-Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account
• Self-Imposed Loss Limit: Set a cap on the total losses permitted within a specified period
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and self-exclude from re-registering
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about the time and amount you have spent

These pgtoto Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this document or the use of the pgtoto platform shall be resolved through negotiation and, where necessary, through arbitration in Malaysia.
